For the first time, Platon Mantheakis, of the Jacksonville Inn, will prepare the upcoming gourmet ORIGINS farm-to-table dinner at the Farm on September 12.
Enjoy an evening of fine food, wine and entertainment September 12 at Hanley Farm. In addition to the gourmet meal prepared using fresh greens and vegetables grown on the farm, enjoy a historical presentation by guest speaker, Chelsea Rose, Staff Archaeologist & Adjunct Faculty Member at Southern Oregon University. The evening begins at 5pm with a winemaker cocktail hour and historic Hanley House tour, followed by the 4-course meal. Dinner includes sample wine parings and the winemaker cocktail hour featuring wines from Roxy Ann Winery, Hanley House tours and Chelsea’s presentation. Seating is limited so we encourage you to make your reservations early!
