The conference will explore climate trends, impacts, and solutions in the Rogue Basin. Notable speakers include Bill McKibben, Dr. Phil Mote from the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute, Mary Christina Wood from the University of Oregon Law School and Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy. Local state representatives Peter Buckley and Alan Bates will discuss the role of elected officials in addressing climate concerns.
