Here is my story about my financial planner making the extra effort to make sure I’m being taken care of: A planned trip to visit my son for a week turned into a two month stay when the virus hit. Upon returning to Pioneer Village, I was quarantined for 14 days in my room.

My financial planner, Anthony Roa at Pioneer Financial Planning, came across the street to talk to me from my second story balcony. I was able to lower some paperwork down to him that needed attention in a bag with a rope so he could attend to my business. Talk about service! He does more than just make the house calls….he does porch calls as well! ~Joan Long

Kathy Bibler is one of the younger seniors living in Royal Mobile Estates. She keeps very busy caring for her own property but always finds time to help others. When she is going to shop for herself, she checks with others to see if they need anything from the stores.

She drives others to doctor appointments, the airport or anywhere else they need to go if they are unable to drive. If a woman is a bit unsteady, she will sit at their home in case she is needed while the woman showers. She will pick-up and deliver medications and meals for others. She even has taken the blower and cleaned a patio and walk area for neighbors without being asked to help. She makes a great cup of coffee and neighbors are always welcome to join her on her patio for a cup during this Covid-19 time. I am very grateful to have this awesome lady as my neighbor. ~Gladyce Maloney
