AUGUST 25, 2021-JACKSONVILLE, OR JACKSONVILLE INN is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Mailley as the General Manager of the iconic Rogue Valley restaurant. Mailley will oversee restaurant operations for new owners, ADLO RESTAURANTS, LLC, a partnership of local Rogue Valley residents Corey and Amy Donovan, Jeremy and Randee Leever, Shaun and Crissie Olson and Laz Ayala.

“We are thrilled to have Jeff join the Jacksonville Inn team as our General Manager,” said Corey Donovan.  “He has over 4 decades of business development and management experience working for premium restaurants in Oregon, Georgia and Alabama.” “We’re confident Jeff will inspire our talented team and continue the high standards of culinary excellence that former owner Jerry Evans has pursued for 45 years.”  Donovan added, “With his many years of restaurant experience, Jeff will continue to strengthen the Jacksonville Inn’s position as one of Southern Oregon’s top-rated restaurants.”

Mailley is a seasoned professional in fine dining and hospitality operations having served as General Manager and Director of Operations for Kathy G & Company in Birmingham, AL, as well as General Manager of Ted’s Montana Grill in Atlanta, GA, General Manager of East City Grill in Birmingham, AL, Dining Room Captain at Nunan Estate in Jacksonville, OR and most recently as the Events Manager for the Neuman Hotel Group in Ashland, OR.
