On Friday, January 13, Carolina Boothby officially retired from the Jacksonville Post Office after a 24-year career. She’s pictured here with (l-r) former Postmaster Tom Simmons, Barney Phillips, Carolina Boothby, Kramer Edwards, and Alex Pappas. She says that the best part of the job was making friends and being able to help so many people, especially during the holidays. She and her husband are residents of Jacksonville and will be taking long road trips through the US when not in town. On behalf of a grateful community, congratulations and safe travels!
