Wow – What a great Saturday on the Courthouse Grounds in Jacksonville!

Kudos to Ken Snoke, Founder and organizer of the JVille Farmers Market, and Sue Casaleggio, President of the Jacksonville Garden Club, and all Club Members for a fun & fabulous day!

The Garden & Bake sale had the best deals on fresh-baked goodies, and all kinds of awesome plants (prices from $1.50 to $4!). Gorgeous arrangements were made just in time for Mother’s Day. If you would like to be involved with the Jacksonville Garden Club, please call Sue Casaleggio at 541.899.2029

The Farmer’s Market featured live music, vegetable plants, a “Mad Science Professor” for the kids, fresh eggs, lavender, greens, and more. The Saucy Sisters were back with their wonderful pesto and other sauces, Ambrosia’s gorgeous cupcakes, Karen’s K-9 Cookies (now a new must-have fave for Annie!). Ken also started a new tradition of a “Local’s Table” where folks can bring their products and trade or sell. Kathleen Cardenas of Renaissance Upholstery here in Jacksonville brought her delicious home-made tomatillo and red salsa, and Gates McKibbin, Published Author & columnist for the Review, and Anne McAlpin, local Travel Expert, brought beautiful, home-made cards and gave all of the donations to The Childrens Advocacy Center here in Medford.
