A drawing will be held for the chance to win a fine metal artwork by Cheryl D. Garcia, the artist who created the metal poppies outside Jacksonville, Oregon!
Jacksonville metal artist Cheryl D. Garcia invites the public to take their pictures with her artworks for a chance to win one of her poppy sculptures. In celebration of her twenty years of metal working, each unique combination of entrant and artwork will be eligible for the drawing to be held after Labor Day. Asked about the idea behind the contest Cheryl commented, “With twenty years of artwork out in the world, this is an unique opportunity for me and my fans to interact with my artworks from a very personal photo-journalistic perspective.”
Widely known for the California Poppy sculptures outside of Jacksonville, the metal artist has many artworks in public and private collections throughout the Pacific Northwest. You are invited to submit an unlimited number of entries between now and Labor Day, September 3rd, 2012.
