Voices of the Applegate is a no-audition, small community choir. It has steadily grown for more than 17 years. Singers of all ages from Williams, Applegate, and even Talent and Jacksonville meet at the Ruch Library on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm for 12 rehearsals. Two concerts conclude the sessions, in December and April.
We sing a variety of music from the 1500’s madrigals and classical to contemporary composers and popular music. Many choir members date to the original group, but we welcome new members warmly.
A vocal class this summer taught by our director, Shayne Flock, is planned. Please contact Joan Peterson 541-846-6988 or David Franklin 541-821-1129 for more information. Our fall term commences Tuesday, September 10, at the Ruch Library, with concerts on December 6 & 8. We look forward to having you enrich our choir!
