UnCorked Fall Barrel Tour is Back
Wine fans – mark your calendars for SUNDAY, November 18 from 11 am – 5 pm for the 2012 Fall UnCorked Barrel Tour taking place along the picqueresqe Applegate Valley Wine Trail featuring wines from 17 wineries.
Tickets are $39 and include a commemorative Wine Trail wineglass and are available online at www.aplegatewinetrail.com.

All wineries in the Applegate participate in this fun, self-guided tour. After picking your starting location, you’re free to visit any number of the 17+ wineries on the tour. Each winery will offer both an appetizer and a wine from the barrel for tasting. The final list of pairings will be posted online closer to the event, so check www.applegatewinetrail.com for details.
UnCorked provides wine fans a great opportunity to stock-up on holiday wines for gifts or parties. Bring your friends, designate a driver and enjoy this great event which is the perfect opportunity to explore new wineries. Please note that the food pairings provided are not meant to be “meals,” and participants should consider dining before, during or after the event at one of Jacksonville’s terrific restaurants. Wine fans are also welcome to bring a picnic basket along and use any of the outdoor tables at the wineries.
To conserve natural resources, no paper tickets will be mailed. You may simply arrive at the location you’ve chosen to start, get checked-in, receive your wineglass and start touring! For groups wishing to start at the same location, please purchase your tickets early and make sure everyone chooses the same starting winery location.
