Longtime Jacksonville shopkeeper Donis Rothstein has closed her cherished shop, “Tobiano Boutique.” After 22 years offering some of the finest women’s apparel in Southern Oregon, Donis decided it was time to retire. On the heels of robust holiday sales, Donis held an inventory close-out sale in January that cleared her remaining inventory.
