About the Cover – June 2020

There are many facets in this time of uncertainty. Some moments have been spent in solitude and in uneasy experiences. Other moments have welcomed the opportunity to being OK whilst stuck in a small space looking for entertainment in odd and giggly ways. While some moments have wrapped-up lives that have been altered and dramatically affected by working long, grueling hours in the efforts to help this strange time in our story come to a hopeful and positive outcome. As we crawl into the “reopening” of our country, the Great Blue Heron teaches us how to become more at ease in uncertain situations. Our GBH friend helps bring awareness to watch for opportunities so that we can clasp on to these new options and move forward.

I personally would like to thank all in our Rogue Valley community and those outside of Southern Oregon who have worked so hard to keep us safe. Those who have continued to support small local businesses, donations that have been made, and those who’ve stayed home to help curb the spread. Like so many others, I am looking forward to reopening, but am also looking towards taking the necessary actions within my business to continue to help keep our community safe.

Happy adventures to you all in this next chapter.
