There will be some incredible special pieces to bid on, including bronze and wood wildlife sculptures by the late Bruce Killen, vacation home stays, an autographed Ginger Rogers poster, one-of-a-kind dinners, and more! Windows in Time, Wednesday, April 6, noon-1pm, “The Greatest Generation: Medford in WWII”—During the Second World War, families couldn’t easily purchase shoes and clothing; food and gasoline were rationed; and new cars and tires could not be had. The war also transformed the city of Medford: construction personnel and army trainees came from nearby Camp White, and its airport was under the control of the military. Join Larry Mullaly, Historian and SOHS Trustee, and learn more about what it was like in the Rogue Valley during WWII. Please note, this is a free, online event, and registration is required.
