NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been scheduled before the City Council of the City of Jacksonville on:
Tuesday, September 18, 2012, 6:00 PM – Old City Hall, 205 W. Main Street
FOR: Resolution No. 1097
A Resolution Amending the Seasonal Residential Parking Area on the City of Jacksonville Parking Plan Map Contained as Exhibit A in Resolutions 764, 767 and 791.
On September 18, 2012 at 6:00 PM, the City of Jacksonville will hold a public hearing regarding the adoption of Resolution Number 1097. The City of Jacksonville has determined that adoption of this resolution may affect your property, and other properties in the affected zone. Resolution Number 1097 will remove the seasonal residential permit parking system from all streets except W. Pine and S. Oregon. The hearing will be held at Old City Hall, 205 W. Main St., Jacksonville, Oregon.
Written comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm, Monday September 11, 2012 at the Jacksonville City offices, 110 E. Main Street, Jacksonville to be circulated to the Council. Both written and verbal comments may be submitted at the public hearing.
