The Jacksonville Presbyterian Church annual Mission Yard Sale is arguably the largest sale in the city on that special “yard sale” weekend. Since its inception, the sale has been held at the Historic Presbyterian Church on East California Street, but this year the sale will move to the main church at 425 Middle Street. The new location will allow most of the items to be displayed in the church’s multi-purpose room, a large air-conditioned facility. Likewise, ample parking and access to restrooms will make for a better experience for the shopping visitors.
The church Mission Yard Sale will take place on Friday, September 6, 8:00am-6:00pm, and Saturday, September 7, 8:00am-2:00pm. As before, a wide range of items will be offered, including tools, sporting goods, housewares, bedding, electronics, a large furniture display, toys, art, crafts and a huge selection of clothing.
