Open House at Hanley Farm, December 28, 1pm – 4pm
We’re sorry we had to cancel our Christmas celebrations due to weather. Santa was not happy, as he has a busy schedule and, as you all know, he had Hanley Farm on his list of places to make a personal visit. However, being the jolly person he is, he understood the necessity to cancel, and wrote to say he’s looking forward to visiting the farm next year! BUT, we’d like to showcase the Hanley Farmhouse with its beautiful Christmas decorations before the year is out. SO, the SOHS is opening the historic Hanley farmhouse for tours from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, December 28th. Docents will be stationed throughout the house to tell stories and answer questions about the Hanley family and the unique historic home. This is a wonderful opportunity to view the festive holiday exhibit of artifacts and decorations.
There is no charge for SOHS members; non-members pay $3. Hanley Farm is located at 1053 Hanley Road in Central Point.
