A new tai chi class will begin in Jacksonville on Wednesday, April 3 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the newly completed Jacksonville Community Center. Improve your muscle tone and reduce stress. Slow, fluid movements will focus on balance. Tai chi can increase your range of motion, improve digestion, breathing, balance and relaxation. The best part is the first class on April 3 will be free. Subsequent classes will be $5.00 per session.
