Michael Franti & Spearhead will present a children’s matinee at 3pm at Britt before his evening performance on June 11th. This performance will appeal to young teens as well as younger children, and is appropriate for all ages.
Franti is a very big man who has always dared to say very big things through his joyous and passionate music. Yet for all the wide-ranging, yet consistent excellence of his music, what’s most impressive about Franti is his ability to inspire. His most recent album, All Rebel Rockers, reinforces his place as a global force and a true musician of his time. Its first single, “Say Hey (I Love You)” quickly became one of the biggest of Franti’s career.
