The City Council has selected Mike McClain to fill a vacancy on the City Council following the resignation of David Jesser. McClain has been actively involved in Jacksonville civic matters for several years and is the current Chair of the Budget Committee. He will be sworn into office at the next meeting and will fill the remainder of the term until December 2020.
