Calling all runners and outdoor enthusiasts—the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a new outdoor event for the whole family! Our 1851 Gold Rush Trail Run/Walk will be held on the morning of Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Britt Garden Pavilion.
We are proud to have Public Lands as a co-sponsor for this fun outdoor event. There will also be several sport-related vendors with health and education information booths including The Outdoors Store, the American Heart Society, Southern Oregon Historical Society, The Jacksonville Boosters Club and more to be announced leading up to the event.
Trail runs will be divided into a 2K, 5K, and 10K with a walk option for the 2K and 5K. Registration for this event is now open. Sign-up packets include a participant t-shirt, local merchant discounts and a special participation award. Learn more and sign-up at 1851GoldRushRun.com.
