Pot Rack owner, Erika Bishop, says they have partnered with Valley Mobile Sharpening Service to bring this much-loved and needed service back to Jacksonville. Customers may drop off knives and kitchen shears anytime during the week. Then, on Monday afternoons, Valley Mobile Sharpening will arrive in their custom sharpening van to expertly sharpen and hone any size knife for just $6 and $8 for kitchen shears. Valley Mobile Sharpening Service is owned by Paul Sarganis, who has a passion for knives and has been making custom designs since 1987.
