The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the Second Annual Parade of Inns on Sunday, May 19. This very unique event invites ticket holders to take a lovely stroll through our historic landmark town and visit charming properties along the way.
From 1-5pm on the Sunday after Mother’s Day, the inn keepers of a special selection of properties will provide warm welcomes and custom tours to a limited number of guests.
These lodging owners have put their hearts and souls into these properties and are designing their own tour highlights and formats this year. They have the best understanding of their beautiful places and will treat ticket goers to unique peeks, features and—on select properties—community partnerships that best reflect their style.
Each of these inns is an important part of Jacksonville history, rich with stories and characters. Costumed docents will be present at most of these very special locations and will be sharing true narratives associated with the history and inhabitants.
