Greetings:

For reasons that are not important to this letter, seven years ago I began receiving The Jacksonville Review. You folks will not believe just how much one who lives so far away (the Florida Panhandle) enjoys this paper. I read it from cover-to-cover. Literally.

I have intended to write for quite some time, but a year or so ago, someone who lives ever further from you than I do (I cannot remember where) wrote and expressed how much s/he enjoyed your paper. Well, I may not live quite that far, but I do recycle your paper through the local hospital. The patients must wonder just why they get to read such a newsy journal from Oregon. The woman “at the front desk” of the hospital always greets me with the proverbial open arms when I enter with stacks of periodicals and catalogues, assuring me they “disappear immediately.” Recently she told me, “I just love that paper from Oregon; sometimes I take it home with me and read, before putting it into circulation here.”

Yes, the news, columns and even the real estate totally fascinate me. If one saw how I pored over the latter, s/he would think I was about to sell here and buy there.

Please keep up what you are doing and please keep me on your mailing list. Many, many people benefit from my receiving The Jacksonville Review.

Sincerely,

Carrie Nelle Moye
