For more than 30 years, the High School Youth Group from Jacksonville Presbyterian Church has traveled to Mexico to build homes and provide safety, security, and hope for families. In June, a team of 65 high schoolers and adult volunteers will give up a week of their summers to travel down to Mexico to build houses for families in need through Amor Ministries. Their annual yard sale is not only a large financial contributor to this trip, but it is also a way for the entire church and the community to be involved in changing lives.

The Mexico Mission Yard Sale is set for Friday, March 8, 8am – 6pm and Saturday, March 9, 8am-1pm at the church campus at 425 Middle Street in Jacksonville. As usual, bargain hunters
are sure to find furniture, clothes, books, electronics, trinkets, toys, tools, sporting goods, and more!

Community members with items to donate to the sale can bring them to 425 Middle Street, Wednesday, March 6, 8am – 7pm where a team of volunteers will be available to help unload.

Please call the church office at 541-899-1287 for more information.
