On Friday September 5, 2014 at approximately 8:00 pm, Jacksonville Police responded to 500-Blk of Applegate Rd for a Welfare Check on Mrs. Jani Bennett. Bennett has recently experienced mental health issues. Her husband stated she left the residence on at approximately 3:00 pm driving a Bronze 2006 Lexus SUV OR/576EPJ. Mrs. Bennett may be enroute to the McMinnville area. Unknown direction of travel or exact destination.
