The Jacksonville Garden Club’s annual Spring Sale will be held in downtown Jacksonville on Saturday, May 13, 2023, 10am-3pm, in the alcove next to the Post Office. Club members create beautiful arrangements from fresh-cut spring flowers in a range of prices—for Mother’s Day or a nice gift to yourself or a friend. Potted plants, spring starts, lovely cards and crafts will also be available for purchase. And finally back again this year after the Covid hiatus, are homemade baked goods and treats made by Club members!
Funds raised go to support local students’ scholarships at the Oregon Stewardship and Rogue Community College. In addition, the Club’s funds and its members’ volunteer energies support local beautification projects at the Peter Britt Garden, Scheffel-Thurston Park, the Jacksonville Community Center and Doc Griffin Park. Visit the Spring Sale on May 13th and bring home some delight while contributing to a good cause!
