December is a special time of year in Jacksonville as the town decorates and lights up for the holiday season. The Jacksonville Garden Club is happy to announce that the annual Holiday Greens Sale will be back in its traditional spot in the alcove next to the Post Office on Friday, December 3, from 10:00am-3:00pm. Come early to purchase beautiful table arrangements, large and small wreaths, swags and entry baskets, that will fill your home or business with the scent of fresh natural greens and the cheer of bows, holly, candles and festive decorations. After the challenges of the past year, who couldn’t use some holiday cheer to brighten their days! Purchase for yourself or as a much-appreciated gift for family or friends.

Money raised from Jacksonville Garden Club events support scholarships for local students with Oregon Stewardship and Rogue Community College. In addition, Club funds and volunteer energies are dedicated to the Peter Britt Gardens, the Post Office Garden, Scheffel-Thurston Park, the Jacksonville Community Center, and other local beautification projects.

Enjoy the Victorian holiday spirit in Jacksonville, support a good cause and brighten your holidays with lovely natural greens!
