Bill Wayne Hardy, 92, of Jacksonville OR, passed away on February 9, 2022.
Bill was born in Glendale, California, on May 20, 1929, to Wesley and Eleanor Hardy. Bill honorably served in the Korean War, with the Army. He went on to graduate from California State University, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Industrial Arts and was a teacher for many years in Southern California. He also worked as a firefighter, agriculture inspector, pool builder, and residential landscaper. Bill was a wealth of knowledge and beloved resource for many aspiring gardeners around the Rogue Valley.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years, Patricia Hardy. He is survived by his son, Matthew Hardy.
