UPDATE 09/09/19 – Rotary Salmon Bake is SOLD OUT!
The Jacksonville-Applegate Rotary Club will hold its 10th-Annual Salmon Bake at Bigham Knoll on September 15, 2019.
This event has turned into a beloved Jacksonville tradition! As in past years, the Salmon Bake fundraiser supports Rotary’s clean water projects around the world.
The Salmon Bake begins at 4:00pm with dinner served at 5:00pm. Tickets cost $40 each or $370 for a premium reserved table for 8. You and your guests will enjoy live music, a short auction, a wine raffle, and a delicious grilled salmon or chicken dinner catered by the Jacksonville Inn and the Bella Union Restaurant. Local beer and wines will be available for purchase.
