MEDFORD, OR – Open to everyone, the ACCESS Senior Fair on March 18 is a fun, one-stop resource with more than 80 helpful information booths from healthcare and living facilities, social service agencies, professional services, local hospitals, art organizations, and other critical resources. The annual event will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Medford Armory, 1701 S. Pacific Highway. Entry is a suggested donation of $1 or 1 can of non-perishable food at the door.

“The Senior Fair can be summed up as both fun and very helpful in the sense that it provides seniors and others with reliable information and resources. Attendees can get free valuable products, take a free eye exam, receive free resource information from non-profits and more. Plus they can enjoy free bingo with local KDRV12 celebrity callers and enter to win prizes throughout the day,” said Logan Bell, ACCESS Development Manager and event organizer.

Sponsored again this year by Medical Eye Center, it’s the largest one-day event primarily for seniors in the Rogue Valley. Product and service vendors will be coming from as far as Portland, Salem, Eugene and Bend. In each of the past few years 3,000 to 4,000 people have attended the event.

Some of the vendors include AARP, the Medford Police Department, Medical Eye Center, AAA Oregon/Idaho, ACCESS, ACCESS-Cover Oregon and several financial booths from the major banks and brokers.
