Town Hall Meeting Scheduled for Ruch Library on February 6th!
ACCESS, the Community Action Agency for Jackson County, is teaming with Cover Oregon to share information and resources about insurance opportunities available to Jackson County residents. Through a Cover Oregon Grant, ACCESS has trained professionals that will help people better understands if Cover Oregon makes sense for them. The newly trained ACCESS-Cover Oregon team is helping in two ways; they are holding Town Hall meetings in rural towns and having private conversations with residents of Jackson County.
“We have been completely amazed at the success of this new effort,” says ACCESS Executive Director Jackie Schad, “we have been getting more people at the meetings and more private conversations than we expected, we are making a real difference.”
