Jacksonville Review – May 2025

SANCTUARY ONE CARE FARM invites the community to slow down, breathe deeply, and go with the flow. FARM FLOW, the care farm’s popular yoga retreat, returns Sunday, May 18, 11am-3pm, at Sanctuary One, located at 13195 Upper Applegate Road.

The registration fee is $60 per person, with all proceeds benefiting Sanctuary One. Lunch is provided, and all skill levels are welcome. Enrollment is limited to 25 people.

During the retreat, Southern Oregon OM owner Karyn Rankin will lead participants through a gentle flow yoga class, followed by a guided meditation intended to deepen connections with nature. Rankin has been practicing yoga on and off since 2005, cultivating her own practice in 2014 with Anchorage Yoga. Since then, she has received her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate through IGNITE Wellness Collective in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has focused on teaching Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Restorative YogaTouch classes at Southern Oregon OM.

Since 2007, Sanctuary One has dedicated itself to the idea that animals, people, and the earth all work better together in harmony, and yoga is a great way to connect to the offerings of all three pillars.
