Trina, Tracy, Fred & Carole
Also, Corks Wine Bar& Bottle Shoppe, right next door, was offering tastings and featuring some great wines from Jacksonville and the Willamette Valley. Corks is a family owned and operated business. The owners, Fred & Carole Jennings just re-located to Medford from the Walla Walla Valley. Ken & Tracy Deal have lived in the Rogue Valley for many years. Trina Fender rounds out the ownership living and working in Portland. Trina contributes to the food and wine menu for Corks.
The Apple Cellar Bakery – also next door – featured a lively and fun family trio called “Great Minds Unplugged.” Pictured here are Jacksonville locals enjoying a little dance time! The band will be performing at our own South Stage Cellars in Jacksonville on May 13, and at Bella Union in Jacksonville on May 20 & 21, and June 10 & 11. Come check them out!
