Explore new territory on the 2018 AAUW Garden Tour on June 9, 10:00am-4:00pm, with three gardens in Eagle Point, as well as a stop at the Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club and two additional gardens in Medford.

Of the three Eagle Point gardens, two are situated on the golf course. One is a woodland-themed garden and wildlife habitat with a beautiful water feature. The second focuses on exotic perennials from as far away as Australia and South Africa that thrive in our Rogue Valley climate.

Located across from the Butte Creek Mill, the third Eagle Point garden has a nostalgic feel that complements the historic bungalow home on the property.

Don’t miss a stop at the Resort at the Eagle Point Golf Club (no ticket required). Along with touring gardens, you can tour the resort’s chalets which are available for overnight stays. You can also enjoy a delicious lunch or a glass of wine (for purchase) at the Talon Grill as you sit alongside beautiful flower beds that overlook the golf course.

Two fascinating gardens in Medford complete the 2018 tour. One of the gardens has four sets of garden-scale trains traveling over trestles and under waterfalls, with miniature villages and tiny rock gardens. This garden also features a 3,000-gallon Koi pond.

At the second Medford garden, see what the garden owners have done in select small spaces.

Tickets for the garden tour are $20 (children 12 and under free) and available beginning in early May for advance purchase at Blue Door Garden Store in Jacksonville, Penny and Lulu Studio Florist in Medford, and at any of the gardens on tour day. All proceeds fund educational and leadership opportunities for local women and girls.
