Kristen Lyon, noted Jacksonville Chef, prepares the 4-course dinner using fresh salad greens and vegetables grown on the farm. Dinner includes sample wine parings and winemaker cocktail hour, featuring wines from Valley View Winery; historic Hanley House tours; and historical presentation, Today’s Farming/Farmers at Hanley.
