Kate Ingram, M.A.

Change and loss are inevitable, yet with change come fear, anxiety, grief and pain.  How we can expand our vision and find the courage and will to survive–even thrive–through change and loss will be the focus of this workshop.  Through lecture and dialogue you will learn:

Practical steps to surviving loss and change
How perception and attitude can relieve the pain of loss
How to develop a sense of purpose and meaning through the fire

This workshop is for anyone who is grappling with loss, be it job, relationship, pet, health, status, financial resources, even youth.

Loss is loss, and it’s effects are not confined to actual death.  The challenges of surviving and growing through all kinds of loss will be our topic.
