An Open House for this new business is planned with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. The Chamber of Commerce will make it official with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Open House is Friday, December 2 from 4:00-7:00pm with a celebratory ribbon-cutting at 6:00pm at 130 S. 3rd Street, Jacksonville.
