After serving as Jacksonville City Offices for 26 years, the Miller House is now privately owned. The house closed escrow on July 28 for $410,000, according to Jackson County Public Records. The Review caught up with the new owner and learned that after sprucing it up, painting and making other improvements, it will be leased as office space. The search for a single-use or multiple tenant is underway, according to Susanah Smith of Realty Executives, who represents the new owner. Inquiries about leasing the property may be directed to Smith at 541-659-0900 or via email gosusanahsmith@gmail.com.
