Bella Union Owner, Jerry Hayes hosts watercolorist, Anne Brooke at the June Art Amble

The Art Amble in Jacksonville will be held on the fourth Friday of the month, July 22, from 5 to 7 pm.

Elan Suites and Gallery will feature new watercolors by Anne Brooke, Steve and Sue Bennett will be showing at their Oregon Street Gallery.  Dianne Jean Erickson will be at the Jacksonville Barn and Cork’s Tasting with her new acrylics.  The Good Bean Company will show a variety of new paintings by Mae Wygant, Arlene Sadlier will have her oils at La Boheme.  Margery Mercer will be showing assemblages at the Jacksonville Company and Katy Cauker will be showing acrylics at Terra Firma’s upstairs Gallery, along with two new artists to Art Presence, Mike Smith, a metal, aluminum and steel sculptor and Wanda Pepin, showing acrylics.

Alx Fox will have new paintings at  the J’ville Tavern and Peter Coons Jannie Ledard and Alice LaMoree will show their work at the Lodestar Saloon. Pegi Smith, a new artist to Art Presence, will join Cheryl Garcia, metal artist at South Stage Cellars.

Elaine Witteveen Gallery on Oregon Street

Katharine Gracey will show at the Jacksonville Mercantile.  The Candy Shoppe will feature Dixie Kinser and her abstract acrylics.  The Creator’s Gallery will show a variety of work by their resident artists.  Jacksonville Inn will again feature paintings by Betty Barss and Charlotte Peterson. Debby Early will display her fused glass pieces and Marilyn Hurst will show and demonstrate pastels at the Blue Door Garden Store.

Ron and Dee Moore will show their photographs and Danna Tartaglia will be displaying her new oil paintings at the Carefree Buffalo,  Jeff Levin will present his work at MacLevin’s Restaurant and Gallery and Elaine Witteveen will be showing a variety of mediums at her own gallery.

Look for the golden pennant at each venue that has an artist displaying work and sample wine and food.  Many other shops are open for  your convenience. It’s free and it’s fun, especially to enjoy before the Britt Festival event on the Jacksonville Hill.
