Hanley Farm Scarecrow October 13, 11 am-4 pm

This year, local artists will be displaying and selling their artwork along with fun activities like Pumpkin Painting, Apple Bobbing, Create Your Own Scarecrow and tours of the  Hanley Farmhouse, plus more. Admission: FREE. Scarecrow Kit, $15; Farmhouse Tour, $3.

An Adventure for Families by the Dim Light of the Moon

 

Mr. Brown’s field — its famous you know –

With scraggly creatures

That scare away crows…

 

Take a guided tour by lantern light across Mr. Brown’s field, a place of mystery and surprises, (no gore!). It will haunt you.

 

Free admission to the farm: music, apple bobbing, old-fashioned radio, and fun in the pavilion.This family-friendly event is suitable for children 5 and older accompanied by adults.Tickets for Mr. Brown’s Haunted Field walk: $3.00 for children, $5 for adults.

 

Farm opens at 6:00 PM, Haunted Field Walks (guided) 7-9 PM.

From 7-9 pm, take a guided tour by lantern across Mr. Brown’s field and discover what lurks in the dark – Goblins…Ghosts…and Live Scarecrows. As you await your fate in the covered pavilion, enjoy old time Radio Mystery Shows, Apple bobbing, warm cider and donuts. And, of course, there’s more! Admission: Adults/$5; Children, $3.
