This month’s film will be shown earlier this month… January 11th at 7 PM with the doors opening at 6:30 PM.
I hope you can make this show. Many of the street scenes were filmed where I spent my childhood growing up which was on the upper west side of Manhattan… but more about that when we run the film.
If you haven’t seen YOU’VE GOT MAIL, you’re in for a treat. It’s a bright, romantic comedy based on an earlier 1939 Jimmy Stewart movie called THE LITTLE SHOP AROUND THE CORNER. I think the newer version is brighter and better, and perhaps the best of the Tom Hanks – Meg Ryan movies.
