J’Ville Farm & CSA is operated by Nick Mahood & Elizabeth Worcester. The couple also co-manages the Sunday Farmers Market along with Chef Kristen Lyon. They grow all of their produce at their Jacksonville home-farm on South 3rd Street and at their Hanley Farm location. Weekly offerings include: large ¾ lb. bag of organic lettuce mixes $4, bunches of carrots $3, beets $3, arugula $1.50, kale & chard $2.50, 1 pound bag of fava beans $3.

Jerry Childers & Tristen Voget

The Coquette Bakery on Ross Lane near Hanley Farm is owned and operated by Tristen Voget and Jerry Childers. Together, they offer-up rustic, artisan-style breads – all baked using locally-sourced ingredients. Discover a variety of rustic baguettes for $3 and several styles of Country Loaf breads for $5 and much more!

Tyson Fehrman & Jerry Steiger

By George Farm is operated by farmers Tyson Fehrman & Jerry Steiger. Together, they farm and care-take Yale Creek Ranch on the Little Applegate River in the Applegate Valley. The duo have gained a great reputation and loyal following for their healthy and delicious micro-greens and organic salad mixes. Find watercress and micro-greens $2.50/oz, generous bunches of kale $2, rainbow carrots and radishes $2.50, organic salad mixes $5, a variety of edible flowers and chicken eggs. In the fall, they will offer duck eggs.

Heather of Walker Creek Farms
