The community is invited to enjoy another amazing display of paintings created by two of Jacksonville’s most-renowned and loved artists—Steve and Sue Bennett.

The show, taking place at the South Stage Cellars tasting room at 125 S. 3rd Street, also offers an opportunity to take in some of Southern Oregon’s finest wines and music! Running from October 20 through November 30, this is the Bennett’s fourth fall show at the historic venue, showcasing an inspiring collection of their pastel, watercolor and oil works.

Art fans are also invited to a special artist’s reception to celebrate together on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm.

Artists Steve Bennett and Sue Bennett, who came to Jacksonville 22 years ago say, “We are thrilled to live and paint here, always finding stimulating subjects and beauty that inspires us.” South Stage Cellars, which prides itself on curating art, musical and other cultural events, “makes for the perfect venue,” the Bennett’s add.

“When asked four years ago if we would hang a show at South Stage Cellars, we instantly said ‘yes.’ For us, the awesome old brick and board walls are a significant backdrop for our work, which feature scenes painted across the state of Oregon, with many from our own valley and town.”
