The 1st Annual Rogue Valley Wine & Food Festival will be held at the Medford Armory, in the heart of Southern Oregon Wine Country on April 20th & 21st.

General adult admission is $12.00 per day or $20 for a two day pass and includes:

Friday ~ April 20th:

4pm-5:30pm – Fresh Whole Grain Bread for the Family! Presented By: Jackie Buffaloe & Thrive It’s easy to make whole grain bread for your family! Jackie Buffaloe of Hands-On Grains will offer a family-friendly cooking class where you will make a loaf of whole-grain bread to take home. It’s simple, economical and sustainable and good for your health. Preregistration required.

6pm – HerStory, Women in Beer – Presented By: Women Enjoying Beer Did you know women have always been involved in brewing? It’s true! And fun to learn about. Come join us – and bring a beer – as Ginger of Women Enjoying Beer shares all kinds of fascinating female characters throughout Herstory who have been involved in brewing and beer.

7pm – Beer & Choc Pairing Mmmmm – Presented By: Women Enjoying Beer Beer and Chocolate!!! They are superb partners that make taste buds very happy. Come taste a small flight of beers and chocolates together – this pairing session will be lead by Ginger Johnson,
Women Enjoying Beer, an Oregon based education and research company.

Saturday ~ April 21st
2pm – Beer & Cooking (feature article) – Presented By: Women Enjoying Beer If you like to cook and explore flavors with creative ingredients, come to this session! Ginger Johnson, Women Enjoying Beer, will talk all about how the incredible beverage we know as Beer can be used myriad ways in our cooking. From baking to gravies, soups to the crock-pot, Ginger will share lots of ideas and take all the questions you have.

4pm – Beer & Cheese Pairing – Presented By: Women Enjoying Beer Beer & Cheese is truly an American Classic. Come to this pairing session to learn about how and why beer and cheese go so well together, how best to match beer and cheeses, and taste a flight of 3 beers with 3 cheeses. Delish!
